The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is in charge of the government scholarship program known as the AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls 2023–24. The program's goal is to allow financially deserving female students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue technical education. A lump sum payment of INR 50,000 will be given to the selected candidates for each year of study, up to a maximum of 4 years for first-year admitted students and 3 years for second-year admitted students through lateral entry. This money can be used to pay for college fees, the purchase of computers, stationery, books, equipment, software, etc.
Eligibility Criteria for AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls 2025:
- Students need to be a female student.
- Students should have been admitted to full-time first-year diploma or degree programs in approved AICTE institutions.
- Students must have a family income of less than INR 8,00,000 per annum.

Students need to submit an application form ONLINE only.

- A valid income certificate issued by the State/ UT Government
- An admission letter for getting admission in a degree/diploma course issued by the Directorate of Technical Education
- Certificate issued by the Director/Principal/Head of the Institute
- Receipt of tuition fee
- Bank account passbook seeded with the Aadhaar card, indicating applicant's photograph, account number, and IFSC code
- Caste certificate (applicable for SC, ST, or OBC candidates)
- Duly signed declaration by parents confirming the accuracy of information provided in the application form
