Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants of all nationalities can apply but are divided into two categories:

Partner Countries: non-EU countries except for Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland
Programme Countries: 28 EU member states + Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland

The applicants must have a higher education degree from :

Computational/Applied) Linguistics
(Foreign) Languages
Translation
Communication/Media
Book Studies / Library
Information Science or other relevant disciplines

The applicant must satisfy the program's language requirement.

Application Process:

All eligible candidates must apply online to be considered for the scholarship. The application should include the following components:

Motivation letter,
Certificate of HEI degree(s),
Transcript of academic records,
Language certificates,
Copy of the identity document.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded the following benefits:

EUR 1,400 per month towards travel expenses, visa and residence permit applications, and installation and living costs.
Participation costs for the EMJMD-EMLex. They include tuition fees, health insurance, library costs, administrative costs, and cultural events.
