Eligibility for the Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS):

Candidates applying must meet the English language requirements by the time they apply.
Students applying must intend to study graduate studies (doctorate level) full-time at an eligible Ontario university.
Scholarships or fellowships from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), or be receiving an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) or Ontario Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology (OGSST) award must not have been accepted by the candidate.

Documents Required:

Students must submit the application form for Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS) at Universities in Ontario.
Transcripts of previous academic degrees undertaken by the student (Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree ) and their curriculum vitae.
The OTS letter of support from a proposed supervisor and proof of English Proficiency must also be included.
