Deans Doctoral Scholarship Awards at University of Manchester 2024

The University of Manchester is offering the Dean's Doctoral Scholarship Award in the UK to students who wish to pursue postgraduate research in Mathematics.

Eligibility for the University of Manchester Scholarships in the UK:

• The scholarship is open to all nationalities.
• Candidates must also meet English language entry requirements as specified by the Department that they are applying to;
• Have a track record of engaging with research. This may include contributions to publications/articles, promoting your research to a wider audience, and prizes for research or project work.

Documents Required:

• Applicants must submit their CVs along with their applications.
• Applicants must provide two references.
• Candidates must submit their academic transcripts.
• A copy of the applicant's passport must be submitted.
• Applicants are required to provide Evidence of English proficiency.
• Candidates must prepare a personal statement or statement of purpose if required. 
• A research proposal must be submitted, if necessary.

Value of the University of Manchester Scholarships in the UK:

• The successful applicants of the University of Manchester Dean's Doctoral Scholarship Award in the UK will receive:
• Tuition fee waiver at home (UK/EU) rate.
• Maintenance fees.
• £1,000 Research Training Support Grant per year

Application: Dean's Doctoral Scholarships are awarded on a nomination basis; your lead supervisor will consider you for nomination and guide you through the process.
