Women in Aviation International Scholarships 2024-25

Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship:

• The applicants should be WAI members.
• The applicants' WAI membership needs to be active through March 2025.
• The candidates can apply for up to three scholarships.
• The international candidates should meet all the requirements and should include the country’s pilot, mechanic, or other requirements and copies of certificates, licenses, and medicals.

Applications Process:

• Eligible candidates must apply online for the scholarship.
• The application should include the following documents:
  • Two (one-page) letters of recommendation,
  • One 500-word essay focused on why a scholarship will help you achieve your goals,
  • Resume (max. two pages)
  • If applying for a flight training scholarship, the candidate must include copies of the aviation and medical certificates and the last three pages of their pilot logbook.
  • Other documents as and when requested by the provider. 

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded a sum that is disclosed at the discretion of the provider.
